Upper right abdominal pain..any ideas? - appendicitis pain go away

There are about two months ago I started with severe abdominal pain just below the right ribs. The pain was so intense i couldnt breath and had to bend at the waist to foot. I went to the emergency room and had all the tests carried out and until you can not find something "substantial" and I'm still on the bench.

Heres all my symptoms, some nausea with vomiting. Dizziness. Neck stiffness and sometimes pain in the shoulder blade (right). Pain in the upper right abdomin just below my ribs .. Pain also goes back on the right side. Sometimes my stomach hurts, in the middle just below the ribs. is a little worse after eating and lots of movement. My breathing becomes difficult when you have to breathe cuz i severe pain, the breathing prevented me from deep. At night I can not SLEEP in the stomach or side pain cuz, sleeping in the back helps a little.

Also excluded appendicitis, kidney stones and gall bladder. and first said that my stomach is inflamed and swollen, but he went. was found a cyst in the liver and the masses they arent 3small now affected. Ive tried to research and find that I can drag DONT doctors seem to know much either .. Help or personal accounts is much appreciated!
