that a pill contains Butalbital 50 mg and 40 mg of caffeine, and I have three pills ... I have all three, but what's the worst that can happen?

Others really give large sums of money .. what about if Caffine? You can OD .. YOR-system dependent.
Dont't not take medications prescribed.
The worst that can happen is that you go into a coma and respiratory arrest, especially when combined with alcohol.
Probably in an hour's sleep, or as low butalbital is a barbiturate.
