You can send a Puttanesca sauce. Start with what you have, and could easily add more vegetables like mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, or just continue with what you have. But what is this unique sauce, taste Zippy some key ingredients: fresh basil (a couple), capers (about a tablespoon), chopped Kalamata olives (about 1 / 4 cup to taste) and gravel (scales) of red pepper. It has a nice spicy, savory taste of the Mediterranean. You can add a little red wine if you like it or leave it out. I heard he got his name because it serves to provide the "ladies of the night" because they believed the pepper had to stop the infection. I do not know if it's true but I know it is a tasty sauce!

Much more vegetables! Start with a little onion, garlic and chopped celery, pan with olive oil: When the onions translucent, then start layering are other ingredients. Olive oil helps to release the lycopene from tomatoes. Add some sauteed mushrooms. They add that the contribution of the rich mouthfeel of meat umami name. I would like some grated carrot for sweetness and some eggplant, which disappears almost add, but it helps the sauce thicken. Do not forget your herbs in the sauce, oregano, sage, basil and made increases the complexity of the flavor profile.

My level of pasta sauce (and is) less expensive than bottles --
One chopped onion - fine and clean the oil over medium heat - cook until tender - stirring with a wooden spoon on the composition of the burning house prevented.
2 cans tomatoes (you CAN CHOP [Pour the juice into the pan - then with a knife in a box])
Add peppers - make sure by itself, to cook.
1 teaspoon of tea Oragano
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
2 "of garlic paste.
1 pkt (pureed, about 500ml)

Simmer until cooked through, then add the flour 1tblspn the mixedwith a little water. Because I add a link to thicken the best pasta

If you want spicy - add chopped peppers in the liquid phase or by adding a small splash of Tabasco. - After each presentation, water spray, because it greatly!
