I am also lactose intolerant. I can no milk, ice cream, cheese, nothing like that. I started drinking soy milk. There is something that you can answer calls Lactaid and to mitigate the effects of dairy products in the body. You can also start the consumption of soy, rice or almond milk. Do not try soy cheese. They taste awful.

You can before the milk is a supplement, may be purchased at any grocery store, which supposedly take to protect against the effects of the milk on your body available Lactaid. While there remains much of the pure milk.
