I looked everywhere and can not find a driver that works with Vista and my modem. The chip is a Conexant RD01-D480.

Well, it sounds more like an AC97 sound card. Ideally, take the Smart Link card, you get the version number and other information about the version number, then go to www.driverguide.com You can register for a free account and then you find the driver there. You can imagine, almost every driver himself. I hope that helps.
